How to Use the Refill System
Our patented refillable tip insert system reloads a full rack of 96 tips in seconds — no touching, no contamination risk.
- 1Remove the cardboard sleeve from the refill package
- 2Unwrap the sealed plastic wrap from the tip insert
- 3Remove the empty tip tray from the rack base by lifting it out
- 4Invert the tip insert over the empty tray, aligning the tip positions
- 5Press down firmly — all 96 tips transfer directly into the tray in one motion
- 6Replace the loaded tray back into the rack base
- 7Your rack is ready to use — no tips were touched at any point

Storage & Handling
- Store in original sealed sealed tip insertaging in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight
- Maintain storage temperature between 15°C and 30°C (59°F – 86°F)
- Do not use refill packs from damaged or previously opened packaging
- Single-use only — do not reuse tips between samples to prevent cross-contamination
- Once the blister-box is opened and tips are loaded into the rack, handle the rack normally
