How to Use the Refill System
Our patented refillable tip insert system reloads a full rack of 96 tips in seconds — no touching, no contamination risk.
- 1Remove the cardboard sleeve from the refill package
- 2Unwrap the sealed plastic wrap from the tip insert
- 3Remove the empty tip tray from the rack base by lifting it out
- 4Invert the tip insert over the empty tray, aligning the tip positions
- 5Press down firmly — all 96 tips transfer directly into the tray in one motion
- 6Replace the loaded tray back into the rack base
- 7Your rack is ready to use — no tips were touched at any point

Storage & Handling
- Store in original sealed sealed tip insertaging in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight
- Maintain storage temperature between 15°C and 30°C (59°F – 86°F)
- Do not use refill packs from damaged or previously opened packaging
- Single-use only — do not reuse tips between samples to prevent cross-contamination
- Once the blister-box is opened and tips are loaded into the rack, handle the rack normally

How many times can I reuse the rack?
The rack base can be reused indefinitely. The tip tray insert that holds the 96 tips is what gets refilled with each sealed tip insert. We recommend autoclaving the rack base no more than 3 times at 121°C, 15 psi for 30 minutes.
Is sterility maintained during the refill process?
Yes. The sealed insert design transfers all 96 tips directly into the tray without any tip being touched. The sealed foil lid maintains sterility right up to the moment of transfer, and the tips dispense sealed-end first so contact surfaces remain uncontaminated.
